In today's world, we are often in a state of mourning. From current events to the continued pandemic, mass shootings and racially charged violence.  As a certified grief professional and experience supporting those working through a variety of losses, I feel comfortable holding space as you move through your own grieving process.  No loss is too big or too small and I recognize that grief comes in all shapes and sizes. 

Some topics that I support clients moving through grief/loss may include; loss of life, non-death losses, caregiver support, caregiver burnout, news surrounding life changing medical diagnosis, diagnosis of terminal illness, child loss & end of life planning.
