As a Social Worker with extensive experience working with older adults, I feel confident in my ability to guide, educate and support directors who operate senior housing facilities, assisted living facilities, memory care units and nursing homes on issues that older adults and their families face.

As a Social Worker with experience in the Emergency Department,  discharge planning and a Home Health and Hospice Social Worker, I know the unique problems that older adults face and the confusing systems that their families have to navigate and the challenges that facilities have in working to support them in times of being short-staffed and navigating many long waitlists.
