PRT for Couples & ENM
A feeling of deepening.
More deeply understanding your partner, and more deeply understanding your dynamic.
What people come to me with
Some of the reasons couples and more than couples come to work with me. If any of them feel familiar, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to keep navigating them without support.
Conflict and relational patterns Rupture and repair work Painful sex Differences in libido Lack of connection and intimacy Poor communication Attachment wounding Neurodiversity in relationships Ethical non-monogamy

The relationship is the client
Most people I work with still love each other.
But it’s buried underneath hurt and disconnection. I help you take on the work of rebuilding, with skill, accountability and containment.
My clients are not only the individuals but the entity of the relationship. Making the environment warm enough, trustworthy enough, skilful enough to hold the people within it.
Levelling up
Building something better than what you had before.
Relational work is about levelling up: expanding your capacity for intimacy, for pleasure, and for tolerating the complexity that real relationships require. It’s not just about fixing what you came in with. It’s about building something better than what you had before.

Couples and more than couples
All relationship styles are welcome.
I work with individuals, couples and more than couples as a Psychosexual & Relationship Therapist (PRT), online and in person in Bristol.
I offer a judgement-free environment for all genders, sexual orientations, relationship styles, kinks, lifestyles and backgrounds.
